What These Terms Cover

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 7jjj platform, including all games, promotions, account management, financial transactions, and interactions with our support team. By registering or using the site, you accept all terms set out below in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You must not have previously had an account terminated or suspended by 7jjj for a breach of these terms.

7jjj may carry out identity verification and anti-money-laundering (KYC) checks as required. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access to certain features or withdrawal of funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user may hold only one account on the 7jjj platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or to claim multiple bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 7jjj will never ask for your full password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately via our support email.

Account Verification

Before processing withdrawals or large transactions, 7jjj may require users to complete a standard verification process. Acceptable documents may include:

Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of a verified request. Users must complete any active bonus wagering requirements before submitting a withdrawal. 7jjj reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to releasing funds.

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method originally used to deposit. For example, funds deposited via bKash must be withdrawn to the same bKash account. 7jjj may refuse withdrawals that do not satisfy this condition.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

Before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn, the following conditions must be met:

• The stated wagering requirement (rollover) for each promotion must be completed in full.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period only. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or organised fraud in any betting market including cricket.
• Using the platform for money laundering, including layering transactions through deposit and withdrawal cycles.
• Providing the platform or any of its features to individuals who are under the age of 21.

7jjj cooperates with relevant authorities in the event that prohibited activities are identified and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7jjj platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive property of 7jjj or its licensed partners. Nothing on this platform shall be construed as granting any rights or licences to use 7jjj's intellectual property without express written consent.
